- 4 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz lime juice
- 8 oz ginger beer
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
Fill two copper mugs with lots of ice. Add the Irish whiskey, lime juice and ginger beer to a pitcher. Gently stir with a spoon to mix. Pour into the prepared mugs. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs and enjoy.
