She regularly shares the secrets of her success with other agents. “I started doing workshops because I genuinely believe the industry needs better agents. My workshops are one day and cover processes, procedures, and more. And no, I’m not worried about increasing competition. There’s plenty of business for all of us and our clients deserve a quality real estate experience. If we all give 100 percent, we all experience the difference and we all make a difference.”
