The Pittsburgh Property Diva Presents Luxury Living at the Southside Lofts

Meet Lauren Klein, the Pittsburgh Property Diva, and tour one of  her most recent luxury listings: a stunning Southside condo that  boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, reclaimed hardwood flooring, and plenty space to enjoy life’s luxuries.

The Pittsburgh Property Diva is All About YOU

As a Realtor, Lauren Klein (aka  the Pittsburgh Property Diva) is passionate about her work. With degrees in Psychology and Forensic Science & Law, she has always been intrigued by people. Real estate gives her the chance to become acquainted with them and discover their ambitions, objectives, and requirements. ” “I’ve always been very interested in the psychology of how people think and behave, and I’m also extremely detail-oriented.” No matter whether her clients are purchasing, selling, or building (or if it’s their first or fifth home) Klein says that finding the perfect house at the most suitable time is an experience that never gets dull.

Being a Realtor might seem fairly straightforward, but there is much more to the role the Property Diva fills than meets the eye. “After purchasing a home and having my own bad experience with the process, I began to wonder if anyone had ever taken a different approach to selling real estate. So I made the jump from legal analyst to Realtor.” Klein shares that after her first few years in the industry, it was obvious that the emphasis was not always on customers; brokers were usually the ones who had the most influence on the deal. With this in mind, she sought to create a new system when it came to real estate that would be totally focused on the client. She envisioned a business model that put the buyer and seller first.

This model is a step-based process that Klein utilizes for every client, every time. It outlines every step in the real estate buying or selling process, incorporating her own self-developed proprietary materials. “It took a while for me to create it, and for some time I had to allow myself to understand that mistakes create learning opportunities. It’s how you incorporate that learning into your business model that makes all the difference. And, I’m still learning and adjusting my model regularly.”

Klein is committed to providing an amazing experience. As a lifelong Pittsburgher, she believes she understands the city better than most. However, there are many people who have had dissatisfying experiences with real estate agents because the agent didn’t listen to or act on the requests of their clients.

Desiring to differentiate herself in  a crowded marketplace, Klein created the Property Diva brand. “I wanted something catchy and memorable,” she continues, “and that’s when I realized that the business is not just a part-time side hustle. Although there are plenty of people who do it that way, in order to create the experience I wanted to for my clients, I needed to create a brand and a process that stood above the pack. The message of my brand is: the Pittsburgh Property Diva is here to make sure clients have a great experience, with the highest level of respect and satisfaction. They won’t be let down.”

Paying it Forward

Klein  is also a big believer in paying it forward. She regularly shares the secrets of her success with other agents. “I started doing workshops because I genuinely believe the industry needs better agents. My workshops are one day and cover processes, procedures, and more. And no, I’m not worried about increasing competition. There’s plenty of business for all of us and our clients deserve a quality real estate experience. If we all give 100 percent, we all experience the difference and we all make a difference.”

Klein is passing her knowledge on to other agents, revealing the client-centered approach that has enabled her to be successful. By doing this, she is helping to create a climate in the industry in which everyone is committed to surpassing expectations.
